BSA M.O.A. Inc. History

From time to time the BSA. Owners Association Inc. finds itself in the media. The origin of the club has often been open to debate. It was fortunate that in 1999 one of our members unearthed an old copy of Australian Motor Cycle News (May 25-June 8, Vol 23, No.1).

In 1973 when the club was officially formed this momentous news found its way into pages 3 and 27 of AMCN, or "Green Horror" as it was affectionately known.

"The first meeting was held on February 7th, 1973, since then we have been meeting on the first Wednesday of every month". The club to this day continues to meet on the first Wednesday of each month.
