Members Members Scienceworks museum was the venue for this year's Presidents Day. The museum, on the banks of the Yarra River is just 10 minutes from central Melbourne.

This year, President's Day, at Scienceworks, was held on the last day of the Harley Davidson exhibition. It featured many rare and interesting Harleys from the Birdwood Museum of South Australia.

The obligatory barbie was fired up an a very pleasant lunch was had.

The Scienceworks museum is on the site of the old MMBW sewer pumping station, much of which has been preserved. Many members took in the tours of the old pumping plant and museum warehouse collections. Unfortunately cameras are forbidden in the warehouse where many interesting vintage motorcycles are stored.

A very interesting day.

Members What've you got there Doug ? 2001 was a busy year. Organisers were,
of course, "intered" out. The
President's Day was pushed back
to a winter date. No problem . . .
a sunny day, with a respectable
member turnout, the Barbie
Joe's A75s More Members fired up, a few reds opened,
some suds sipped and
a few tidy BSAs to rest the eyes on,
no beefs.

Always a family occasion,
Members More tidy BSAs members brought their partners,
kids and a couple of friendly dogs.
